Buckinghamshire, £40k -£45k + bonus

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join a long-standing practice as Head of Private Client. This role would suit an experienced Private Client Solicitor who is looking to progress in their career and aiming to achieve partnership in the next few years.

The firm is well established and has a loyal client base. Their reputation ensures a steady stream of instructions from a diverse range of clients and as such little to no business development is required.

You will manage a caseload alongside a small team consisting of a junior Solicitor and support staff. The caseload will focus on wills and probate but will also include LPAs, trusts and tax planning.

Reporting directly to the Managing Partner you will be given autonomy to develop the department and build upon solid foundations. There will be an opportunity to achieve partnership after a few years establishing yourself in the firm.

The salary on offer will be dependent on experience and is anticipated to be in the region of £40,000 to £45,000. In addition to the basic salary a bonus scheme is offered which would further increase your earning potential.

In order to be considered for this position you must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of five years PQE. You will have the leadership ability to manage a small team and the technical skill to handle a range of private client matters autonomously.
