Locum Commercial Property Solicitor – Gloucestershire
£40 to £50 per hour

Our client, a forward-thinking, Legal 500 law firm in Gloucestershire is urgently seeking a Commercial Property Locum to cover a period of permanent recruitment working on a varied, Partner-level caseload.
Due to the urgency of the requirement, the ideal locum would be able to start in February for an ongoing duration likely to be around 3 months.
The ideal candidate will have extensive prior experience, overseeing a caseload of commercial property matters. Knowledge and expertise within complex development work, site promotion and securitisation is also required, as this forms an integral part of the caseload.
This well regarded firm, based in centrally in a busy Gloucestershire town, are ideally seeking a full-time locum to assist in the office. Dedicated secretarial support from an excellent and highly-experienced secretary is available full-time should the locum require such support.
The rate of pay on offer is expected to be £40 to £50 per hour, depending on experience. If you are an exceptional candidate and require a higher rate, please do enquire.
