Are you a Construction Solicitor? Are you looking for an opportunity to join an award winning, international law firm? This could be the role for you.
The commercial law firm, with offices globally, are looking for a Construction Solicitor to join them in their offices based in Birmingham. You will be joining an award winning team who are dedicated to providing the highest level of service to their clients, who range from public sector to private developers.
This in turn will offer you a bespoke, quality caseload. You will be supported by an expert team, recognised within the Legal 500.
You will be dealing with a varied caseload of non-contentious construction matters, from instruction to completion ranging from development through to design and construction, whilst advising on assent management and maintenance contracts. You will be providing construction support to wider teams with regards to acquisitions and disposal, and be comfortable collaborating with the wider practice.
To be a successful construction solicitor in the firm you will
- Qualified solicitor with a PQE of NQ - 3 years
- Capable of dealing with a range of non-contentious construction matters autonomously
- Be able to demonstrate a keen interest within construction law, with a strong commercial awareness
