Property Litigation Solicitor - Dorset Coast

Established law firm that provides the full range of legal services to individuals and commercial clients across a range of clients is seeking to expand and recruit an additional Solicitor/FILEx to join their team.

This is a busy department and acts for landlord and tenant in respect of a range of disputes including charging orders, forfeiture and possession proceeds, charging orders, recovery of rent arrears and review disputes.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 year's experience responsible for managing a caseload relating to landlord and tenant issues and be able to work towards targets and assist with business development and marketing.
