IT Training Lead - London - Up to £55,000 + benefits

A legal 500 law firm is looking for an IT Training Lead to join their growing team. This leading London firm is well known and respected for its expertise and consistent high quality in their client care. Responsibilities:

As IT Training Lead you will supervise two members of the training team; you will be responsible for designing and providing first class IT training to the firm through workshops, side by side coaching and training materials. You will plan, prepare and deliver IT training to all levels of staff within the firm in a classroom setting, one to one or remotely. The role is based in central London with some limited travel to another London site when necessary.

Skills/Experience

• Experience working in the legal industry is highly desirable
• Trainer Certifications are desirable
• Excellent IT skills - Microsoft Office 2010, 2013 and 2016
• Windows experience
• Office suite
• Skype For Business
• Experience in designing and delivering bespoke IT training
