A superb opportunity for a technically strong and ambitious solicitor, who enjoys managing a diverse EL and PL caseload. The quality of work is excellent as the team manages delegated authority work comprising complex Employers Liability, Public and Occupiers’ Liability. Instructions consist of higher level fast track and multi-track cases, where liability and causation are often in dispute. The nature of the role requires not less than 2 years’ PQE (or equivalent) in handling litigated EL and PL cases. This opportunity is an excellent career move away from repetitive, process driven or volume work.

Instructed by major insurance companies, corporate clients and self-insureds, you will enjoy plenty of client contact.
