Urgent Timescale- New In- Conveyancing Paralegal - Rhiwbina

Immediate start available for a local friendly multi disciplined firm with a family atmosphere.

You will assist directly with an experienced partner and other associates in a non volume environment.

You will manage your own caseload and be responsible for legal processes involved in carrying out both sale and purchase, residential conveyancing transactions from start to completion. You will liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors, forming strong relationships and providing a seamless service.

The successful candidate will be ambitious and enjoy high levels of responsibility in a fast paced environment.

You will be responsible for a significant number of conveyancing transactions.

Naturally, you should enjoy all aspects of the process of buying and selling residential property and feel confident when offering advice and support to clients regarding their transaction.
