The Role

Because the firm are growing, they are looking for a Banking Paralegal to join their thriving Transaction Services Team in London.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the firm's TST to help deliver a world class service to the firm's clients. The TST's roles include: document review, due diligence, e-disclosure, as well as elements of transactional, advisory and commercial real estate work.

You will work as part of the TST to provide support to fee earners in the Banking team as part of the Finance and Projects department.

You will review/report on contracts as part of the corporate due diligence process, draft and produce legal documentation, manage electronic data sites, provide transactional support on banking projects, assist with post completion matters and more.
