Your new company
Your new company is at the forefront of a major redevelopment project in a well-known area in London. The project will bring new offices and restaurants and bars and homes to this area making it one of the most desirable areas in London. This project has brought thousands of jobs to the area and is one of the most exciting projects within the UK currently. Many major global conglomerates have chosen to base their headquarters in the UK within this area due to the huge investment by this company to redevelop the area.

Your new role
You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating a wide variety of development property documents including development agreements, rights of light deeds, licenses to occupy, leases, easements. Liaise with internal personnel and external lawyers on the wide variety of real estate-related issues and documents arising, including managing preparation of pro-forma sale documents, title information notes, sale contracts and apartment leases) for sales launches; Managing legal processes during sales launches, throughout the period between exchange and completion, and completion itself; Liaising with different areas of the business including the development, sales, estate management and customer care teams. You will also play a major part in commercial agreements such as sale and purchase, facility agreements security documentation. Sale and purchase agreements; Real Estate finance documentation specifically facility agreements and related security documentation, including satisfying CPs; Retail and other commercial leasing and associated asset and estate management work. This role will allow you to truly gain some experience working within a major project but also have the ability to gain valuable general commercial experience.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a UK qualified lawyer with 3 years + post qualification experience (will consider applications out with this specification) as a Real Estate Solicitor (previous in-house or secondment experience a bonus).
