The role

The team are looking to hire a Senior Property Litigation Solicitor with 4-8 years PQE.

You will work as part of a highly regarded department, alongside a Partner who is ranked in the Legal 500 as one of the Development Risk and Disputes Lawyers nationally. You will find you will obtain excellent exposure both work and client wise. You will deal with a broad range of work, which will make for a much more interesting role.

You will work ‎as part of a close team on the full range of property litigation services including development and land disputes, property contract disputes, residential and commercial property disputes. The firm work closely with the social housing and real estate departments who are as much the litigation teams clients as external instructors. Their client base ranges from portfolio holders including charities and retailers, developers plus social and institutional landlords.

This is an opportunity to work on high profile disputes, which includes many iconic builders across London and further afield. Clients include prestigious house builders, social housing providers, commercial developers, local government and energy providers.

Requirements

• You will be a Senior Property Litigation Solicitor with between 4 - 8 years PQE
• Previous experience in social housing litigation with a respected firm
• Experience should include emergency relief and advice on policies that involve tenancy management issues
• Must have experience of residential landlord and tenant caseload focusing on tenancy management
• It is essential that you have strong communication skills and the ability to build solid client relationships.
