Solicitor - Commercial Property - North West Hampshire £38K+ (DOE)

An exciting opportunity has emerged at one of the regions longest running firms with a very strong local presence and excellent reputation built on building and maintaining very strong relationships with their client. The firm are seeking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team and play an active role in further strengthening the firm's Commercial Property proposition.

You will ideally have a very good grounding in Commercial Property matters, be technically very capable and commercially astute with excellent client management. You will work closely with the Head of Commercial Property, managing your own caseload and providing additional support on some of the more complex work.

You will deal with a broad range of matters including purchase /sales of commercial freehold and leasehold property, Acquisitions, Mergers and Disposals for Asset Transactions, Retail Business Transfers. Landlord and Tenant, Development, Charitable Interests, Licensed Premises
