The Role

The firm are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE to join their outstanding practice in Bristol, Somerset.

The role will involve working incredibly closely with the Head of Development at this exceptional Top 50 firm, so this is a real opportunity to work with the best.

You will support the Head of Department as well as linking up with colleagues across the whole Real Estate group, you will also work closely with colleagues in other practice areas such as construction, corporate and planning.

The work will include;

- Strategic land assembly for development projects, e.g. by use of options and promotion agreements and purchase contracts.
- Acquisition and disposal of development sites
- Drafting and negotiating development agreements; consortium agreements; planning conditional acquisitions and disposals
- Dealing with the set-up of commercial and residential schemes

The role will give you incredibly good exposure to the work you want to do, giving you a platform to really grow and evolve your career.

The ideal candidate:

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE
