The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Contentious Probate Senior Associate / Partner into their prestigious West End office.

You will work as part of the Commercial Litigation team; this team is award winning and has an esteemed reputation for the quality of work that they deal with.

Their expert Private Client lawyers provide advice on all aspects of wealth planning to a range of clients, including individuals, trustees, family offices and private banks. Their clients are both domestic and international and they have a strong reputation in the US, Asia and other global wealth centres.

You will deal with an interesting and varied caseload of contentious trusts and probate matters.
On offer is good prospects including Partnership and highly quality work, working side on side with heavy hitting Lawyers.

Requirements

• You will be a Contentious Probate Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• A good billing history is essential
• You will have a strong technical knowledge
• A meticulous eye for detail is essential
