Job Details
We have an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified Employment Solicitor to join a recognised and award winning firm in South Manchester.
The newly qualified Employment Solicitor will be working in a close knit team alongside a number of leading individuals and will be given a full caseload of employment matters to run as well as support and the opportunity to learn from more senior people in the team.
The team assist businesses throughout the UK and these include national and international companies as well as SME's and Partnerships. They deal with all aspects of employment matters including equality and discrimination; disciplinary and grievance issues; reorganisations and redundancies; settlement agreements; restrictive covenants; TUPE and managing Tribunal claims and are continuously flooded with a really interesting and broad mix of work.
They are also looking to expand this offering and are keen to further develop their working relationships with their existing clients and so there will be an opportunity for this newly qualified Employment Solicitor to network as well as business develop in this role.
This is a really exciting role in a team who usually promote internally but have a rare opportunity to join at a brilliant time when the firm are going from strength to strength.
