Sellick Partnership are currently working in partnership with a high performing private practice in the recruitment of a Legal Assistant to join their legal team, specialising in the area of Adult Social Care services.

The ideal candidate will have strong academics, excellent attention to detail and previous experience in conducting legal research.

The role of the Childcare Legal Assistant will entail the following:

- Support solicitors in the Childcare team with bundling

- Preparing statements

- Liaising with clients

- Collating documents to file and serve on all parties

- Issuing and serving witness summons

- Assisting in drafting other legal documents
