Paralegal Team Leader

My client, a highly reputable team are looking for a Paralegal Team Leader head up a small team of paralegals.

You will be based in their stylish Tunbridge wells office.

Managerial experience of paralegals is highly desirable (not essential), and may warrant a higher salary.

Experience as a paralegal within a m a property team (Real Estate or Residential Property) is required.

The post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Property Paralegal support team, ensuring the delivery of a smooth and timely support service.

You will have experience within a property law, residential and/or commercial and be responsible for monitoring changes within the team, development, workload allocation, conducting regular review meetings and appraisals, preparing training programmes, identifying recruitment needs, coordinating new inductions and be the principle point of contact for any issues with the team reporting.

Comparable experience in a similar role would be preferable but we will consider a candidate without management experience provided the candidate has strong IT skills and property law experience.
