My client, a global firm is seeking to recruit a Professional Indemnity Solicitor with up to 2 years PQE to join the Professional Liability team in their London office.

The role will involve working in a team environment advising insurers and/or professionals in respect of claims made against a wide range of professionals including but not limited to Solicitors, Accountants, Financial Advisers, Insurance Brokers and Barristers) and will embrace policy coverage advice, all forms of dispute resolution and assistance with disciplinary proceedings.

Professional liability experience is not essential (though preferable for anyone over 1 year PQE), but we would generally expect experience of civil litigation.
