The Role

The firm are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to head their busy property department.

Due to restructurings, this firm are keen to hear from experienced Property solicitors who are ambitious and eager to progress within a family feel firm, dealing with a busy and varied caseload. Your caseload will include but not be limited to: buying and selling commercial property, landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, property finance and developments.

Requirements:

• You will be an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of around 5 years PQE
• You will have a good knowledge of all areas of Property Law
• You will be experienced with managing a busy caseload as well as a leading a team
• You will be ambitious and confident
• You should work well within a team and have excellent client care skills
• The salary is competitive and will be based on experience.
