The Role

Due to growth, this firm are looking for a Property solicitor /legal executive to join their office in Suffolk.

This role will be a mixture of agricultural and residential property, and your caseload will include but not limited to: freehold and leasehold, sale and purchase of residential property and agricultural land, contracts, joint equity, property management and re-mortgages.

The existing client base sits well within the backdrop of the East Anglian region, and the reputation this firm has built up brings clients from a wide variety of backgrounds and areas.

Requirements

• You will be a Property Solicitor / Legal Executive with around 2 - 5 years PQE
• You will ideally have experience in both Residential and Agricultural Property matters
• You should be an excellent communicator with exceptional client care skills
• You should work well within a team as well as independently
• Salary is competitive and based upon experience
