Job Details

This Lancashire based law firm are seeking to appoint a commercial property solicitor or legal executive to their small but stable commercial property department. You ideally will need to have gained experience of having an approachable manner with a local client base.

The role is to undertake a broad mix of work on commercial property transactions across the North West & Lancashire with a focus on acquisitions & disposals, landlord & tenant, lease work and development matters. Your key client base will be based within Lancashire and on properties such as business parks, retail units and commercial accommodation however you will also be dealing with larger city properties and the construction sector. The firm will also actively encourage the marketing and development of work within the department.

You need to have at least 2 years' experience of dealing with commercial property transactions as you will be coming into a ready made caseload and at times you will be required to work without supervision.

Salary for this position will be £35,000 - £50,000 however this can be increased for an outstanding candidate. There will be a benefits package on offer that includes pension, generous holiday allowance, staff wellbeing schemes and bonus payments.
