Job Details
Our client is an award-winning and legal 500 rated Yorkshire firm, who are looking for a senior real estate solicitor to join their busy team.
You will be handling a wide range of commercial property matters for development projects, commercial premises and rural property. The firm is very well connected in the tech community - their expertise spans as far afield as Australia, Japan and the USA.
The role will involve acting as the face of commercial property.' They are looking for someone who will be able to create a presence and profile in the property market.
To be considered for the role, you should have at least 5 years PQE in real estate and familiarity with commercial property work at all levels - including commercial leases (landlord and tenant), development agreements, freehold sales and purchase, conditional sales and overages. You will also be able to chose your working week - either remote working or one day off of your choice.
An excellent opportunity for a real estate lawyer looking to progress their career with a leading regional practice, where they can enjoy a better work life balance and more personal visibility than may be availible at larger, national practices.
