I am currently working with a highly-regarded law firm who are looking for a commercial contracts lawyer to join their in-house legal team.

There are no expectations for billable targets / fee-earning, resulting in a much better work-life balance. Instead, the responsibilities of the role will be to support in the arrangement of contracts and to assist in the development of the in-house team and its wider team strategy.

Experience of drafting / negotiating commercial contracts, managing data rooms and managing development of in-house templates is essential, whilst any management or leadership experience is desirable. Career progression is genuine and the role will require some travel.
