Job Details
Residential Property Associate
You will be joining a talented residential property team where you will be supplied with the opportunity to work with a range of motivated clients, from high net worth individuals and landed estates to UK and overseas investors, Oxbridge colleges and universities, on a wide variety of matters, including sales and purchases. This role will give you the opportunity to further develop your career in your specialised department, as well as extending your knowledge in residential property.
Responsibilities:
- You will work closely with colleagues in the following departments:-
- Private tax and trusts
- Insurance and family teams assisting with matrimonial transfers and charges
- Restricting of property interests for tax planning purposes
- Probate sales
- Advising on the defence of insurance claims for negligence by other law firms
Requirements:
- You will be an NQ+ with proven ability and experience in handling property work
- You should be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in property market and experience in residential property work
