Corporate & Commercial Solicitor - Oxford.

A well regarded and expanding law firm in Oxford are looking to recruit an experienced commercial lawyer to their thriving commercial team.

The successful candidate will be working closely with the head of the business services department, initially assisting on their matters mainly relating to commercial contracts but also some corporate transactional work across a broad range of sectors.

This position would suit a lawyer who is looking to be an important part of a small, but highly respected team, where they can play a big part in the future direction of the department.

As well as the fee earning side of things you will be encouraged and supported to get involved in the business development activities of the department and firm which will allow you to build up or maintain a good name for yourself in the business community.

You can expect to receive a good salary which will be based on experience along with things such as 25 days holiday, pension, childcare vouchers amongst other things. The management of the firm arrange various social events throughout the year and offer various opportunities to get involved in volunteer work for charitys the firm has close links with if this is something of interest.
