LAW Absolute is working with a leading Top 20 international law firm who is looking for a newly qualified lawyer to join their market leading Aviation disputes practice in London.

The Role

The firms Aviation disputes practice has been regarded in legal directories as one of the leading Aviation practices in the UK.

You will get the opportunity to work as part of a market leading, highly driven and collegiate team. You will gain exposure to a broad range of high quality work from an early stage, and have close partner contact. The firm offers extensive training and development programmes, and a clear and transparent development structure.  

The team acts predominantly for major Middle Eastern and European airlines and insurance companies covering: catastrophe work, multi-jurisdictional general aviation, reinsurance and subrogation and aviation liability including: personal injury, insurance coverage, hull and cargo claims and major accidents.

Key Skills & Experience

• Newly qualified lawyer;
• A training seat in aviation litigation is ideal, however candidates with experience in personal injury and insurance litigation are also encouraged to apply;
• Good knowledge of the Aviation sector, and a strong desire to take on work in Aviation litigation;
• Strong academics are essential;
• Enthusiastic team player, with resilience and the ability to work under pressure;
• Arabic or Portuguese language skills are highly desirable.
