Litigation Solicitor 2-4 PQE

Your new company
My client is a Legal 500 firm who has recently been nominated for Law firm of the Year outside of London. This full service firm is currently in the position of growth and hoping to develop their Litigation department further.

Your new role
They currently require a qualified Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2-4 years' experience of dealing with a broad range of cases, with an emphasis on residential and commercial property disputes, but a willingness to tackle any kind of dispute. Working independently with clients and alongside Partners in more complex cases, this role would offer opportunities to progress within the firm, as well as develop and shape the existing portfolio through business development efforts. The role would suit an ambitious candidate looking for an opportunity to gain significant exposure across a varied case load, and who can demonstrate strong communication and organisation skills.

What you'll need to succeed
To be suitable for this position you must be adaptable, eager to learn, able to handle pressure, have good negotiation skills, the ability to work well within a team, be self-motivated, and have excellent technical knowledge.
