Job description: An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Litigator to join a leading Personal Injury firm in Cheshire, on a full time permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be:

• Dealing with all aspects of Personal Injury, including RTA and EL/PL
• Handling their own caseload of fast track files from inception to completion
• Working on mostly litigated claims of all values
• Updating case management system
• Negotiating settlements

Applications are welcome from Litigators, Fee Earners and Solicitors with experience dealing with litigated RTA, EL and PL cases from inception to completion. Candidates who have only worked within RTA litigation are also welcome to apply.

Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 + generous monthly bonus scheme
