Job description: An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Industrial Disease Fee Earner to join a friendly firm in Bolton, on a full time permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be joining an expanding personal injury team due to increased workload. The firm prides itself in providing excellent client care and is headed by solicitors with over 25 years experience in their field.
The successful candidate will be:
- Dealing with a mixed caseload of Industrial Disease files
- Specialising in Noise Induced Hearing Loss claims
- Working on a mix of pre litigated and litigated files
- Updating case management system
- Negotiating settlements
Applications are welcome from Fee Earners, Litigators and Solicitors with experience dealing with litigated Industrial Disease and NIHL cases from inception to completion.
Salary: up to £35,000 DOE
