A very highly regarded practice in London is looking for a Head of Employment to lead and further develop an existing offering.
My client is an internationally focused practice with a strong commercial offering. The firm has a small but established employment offering, serving a varied client base of businesses as well as senior level employees.
Offering competitive salaries, and an autonomous role, this is an opportunity for an experienced senior employment solicitor to take the reins and develop out an existing offering. As such, the ideal candidate for this head of employment position will have a strong sense of business acumen as well as proven managerial experience. You will have experience managing a diverse employment law case load and be keen to step into a long-term role with excellent prospects.
