A leading Hampshire law firm located in central Basingstoke are experiencing a period of growth overall and are now seeking to add further expertise to their established and well regarded Family Law team.

The firm are seeking to appoint qualified solicitor who is keen to to develop their expertise over the long term.This position would suit a Family Law Solicitor with ideally up to 3yrs PQE. The Family team are very close knit and you will benefit from the expertise of some highly regarded and experienced Solicitors / Directors who form part of the Family team.

The opportunity offers an existing case load to take on with the expectation that you will be keen develop and generate further work and grow the teams reach in the local region. You should be competent and confident in dealing with a range of matters including divorce, dissolution, financial issues arising out of the divorce or dissolution, pre and post nuptial agreements and private law children act proceedings. There will further more be the responsibility for advocacy at court hearings as well as briefing counsel. You will of course be provided with all the support you need to hone your expertise further and develop your existing professional skills ans so become a highly valued team member and a highly regarded family law solicitor

This is obviously a challenging and very rewarding role that would ideally suit an ambitious and enthusiastic individual who is keen to take a lead on matters and be fully involved in promoting and generating further business.
