Housing Development Solicitor - A very exciting opportunity with strong career prospects and a route to partnership, for the right candidate, has arisen for a Housing Development Solicitor to join a market leading law firm, in Greater London to act on behalf of Housing clients and Developers with forward funded agreements, section 106 disposals, stock rationalisation and site assembly. The successful housing development solicitor will have 2 years to 6 years PQE with experience in commercial property, plot sales, housing or housing association and affordable housing property.
The development team has seen significant year on year growth and this appointment reinforces the firm's commitment to further expand the team. Strong academics are essential. Salary dependent upon experience.
