The Role

The firm is looking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor with ideally 2-6 years PQE into their established and yet growing Exeter office.

This department is ranked highly in the Legal 500 and has grown year on year. You will deal with a broad range of work including; Development, Investment, Licences, Commercial leases and Landlord and tenant.

This role comes with good prospects of progression.
Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with ideally 2-6 years PQE
• You should be an ambitious candidate wanting to progress
• The firm is open minded regarding the type of firm you may have worked at
• Salary is dependent on your level of experience and background, although, above market rate, you will also receive a truly excellent benefits package.
