The Role

The firm are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor / Legal Executive to join their Ipswich office, Suffolk.

You will join a successful department where the client base includes developers, financial institutions, international corporations, public sector, start-ups and land owners. The cross referral from the other departments makes for an interesting and varied caseload of high-quality work. Your caseload will include but not limited to: acquisitions and disposals, leases, landlord & tenant, sales and purchases, secured lending, planning agreements and developments.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit with regards to PQE)
• You will have excellent technical knowledge
• You will have a good billings history and some evidence of successful business development
• You should be flexible and relish the opportunity to work with a range of clients
• Excellent communication & organisational skills
