Plots Sales Development Executive - Agile Working Policy

An award-winning full service national commercial practice is eager to bolster its Development Teams offering with the hire of an additional conveyancing executive to handle a caseload of plot sales matters as part of the firms' Real Estate Team and be based at the firms' modern and vibrant offices in Birmingham city centre.

The Real Estate Team has an envied client base and is regularly instructed by leading national and international Plc's, property developers, investors, landlords, occupiers and public-sector bodies. As a consequence of this expanding client base, the firm now wishes to appoint an additional plot sales fee earner to its specialist Plot Sales Team to deal with all aspects of plot sales work. You will manage files from inception through to completion and also undertake post completion work, ensuring that you remain closely engaged with clients throughout the entire process. Examples of work that you will undertake will include S. 106 agreements, reporting on development and sale agreements, preparing deeds of easements, assisting with site acquisitions and dealing with part-exchange properties so you really will enhance your technical skills quickly.

Whilst you will join a very collegiate and close-knit team, in this role you will enjoy handling your responsibilities with minimal supervision and so it is essential that you have a minimum of 12 months' conveyancing or plot sales experience within the residential and building sector to enable you to excel in your role, although the firm is happy to consider those with considerably more experience in the sector. You will have excellent communication and client management skills, be able to cope with a demanding workload and be able to manage ever evolving priorities as a consequence of clients' busy trading periods.
