Legal Manager

LAW Absolute have partnered with a multinational corporation for an exciting technology and innovation centric opportunity in Cardiff.

The successful individual will have a wealth of experience  as a Senior paralegal with extensive knowledge and practice of Corporate Law. The individual will be able to work without supervision in project managing and developing new systems and teams.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Compiling or supervising Corporate/Commercial and project management documents
• Ensure delivery of projects on time, within scope and budget
• Manage the relationship with key internal and external stakeholders
• Recruit, train and develop junior team members.
