Senior Legal Counsel

Our client, an award-winning gaming company is seeking a Senior Commercial Lawyer to join them on a 4 to 6 month basis.

The Role

In this role your responsibilities will include (but won’t be limited to):

• The drafting and negotiation of a range of commercial contracts, SaaS agreements, brand licensing agreements and gaming supply agreements
• The drafting and negotiation of payment service agreements, joint venture agreements
• Advising on a range of corporate M&A matters

The candidate

Our client is seeking a candidate that:

• Has Tech or Media commercial contracts experience
• Has Top 15-20 Law firm experience
• Ideally has some corporate contracts experience but this is not essential
