The Role

The firm are looking for a Corporate Solicitor to join their Ipswich office, Suffolk.

This role will suit an entrepreneurial and driven solicitor who really wants to progress within their career.

You will join a Legal 500 tiered department and the firm enjoys a diverse client base stemming from its specialist areas. The caseload will be varied and include but not limited to: mergers and acquisitions, private equity, restructuring and refinancing, corporate transactions, buy-outs and joint ventures.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Solicitor ranging from NQ - 3 years PQE
• You should have a good technical knowledge of Corporate matters
• You will have a good billings history and experience in business development
• The ability to work independently but also be a team player
