My client, a highly reputable and well-established firm based in Yorkshire are looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their team in Harrogate.

The ideal candidate will have a solid and thorough understanding of the Conveyancing process right from inception through to completion, with a full knowledge of sales and purchase, leasehold and freehold and transfer of equity.

A fantastic salary is on offer to a Residential Conveyancer who can handle their own caseload without supervision and will look to maintain a dedicated work ethic at all times, whilst supporting the values of the firm.

My client pride themselves on their professional and friendly working environment and seek a Conveyancer who can join a close-knit team and apply their past experience within the sector into this role.
