The role

They are looking for a to hire a new Corporate Commercial Lawyer into their flourishing West End, London office.

The firm has a highly successful Corporate and Commercial department. You will join a cutting-edge department which is ahead of the curve, offering real value to the matters they deal with. They are particularly popular with entrepreneurs and tech start-ups. They operate across some industry sectors but are known for their specialist knowledge within the Technology, Hospitality and Media. They deal with a broad range of work, including; M&A, Commercial contracts, Restructuring, Equity capital raisings, Joint Ventures, Shareholder Agreements, Private equity and Start-ups.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression, including Partnership, it would suit a candidate perhaps in a top-heavy department seeking a route to Partnership.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with at least 6 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the
• You will have excellent technical knowledge, have good commercial awareness and have the ambition to want to progress
• Experience of dealing with a Tech and Media client base will be to advantage but is not essential.
• You will be the type of candidate who can think commercially and spot business opportunities
