The role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Risk and Compliance solicitor, ideally 4+ years PQE to join a highly reputable firm based in Southampton, Hampshire

In this role, you will be joining a highly reputable, and experienced department. You will be working alongside highly knowledgeable solicitors who whilst are commercially minded, they are approachable and supportive throughout. Examples of responsibilities include, but are not excluded to, securing compliance advise, resolutions and incident responses.

You will be dealing with a dynamic, broad range of clients including high-networth international enterprises, nationwide banks and regional firms. Their client-centric approach means personability is key to success. The firm advises on a broad array of Risk & Compliance matters, therefore you will gain fantastic exposure to caseloads of a diverse nature

Requirements

• You will have ideally 4+ years' experience in Risk & Compliance
• You will be enthusiastic and driven to progress in the Regulatory field.
• You will receive an above market rate salary (experience dependant)
• You will have some experience mentoring, and nurturing talent
