Are you an experienced Corporate Solicitor/Associate and hungry for a new challenge?

Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

A very established law firm seeks to appoint an experienced Corporate Solicitor/Associate to assist with the growth of their successful Corporate department.

Whilst there is a strong existing client base you will be required to seek opportunities to grow the firm's client base, and expand into new areas of work.

You will be working independently on a diverse range of corporate transactional work for individuals, partnerships and companies. You will handle a varied caseload of Corporate law matters including including share acquisitions and disposals, management buy-outs, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements, partnership arrangements.

The successful candidate will possess a great deal of commercial acumen and have a manner which instils confidence from your clients.

You will be well versed with all aspects of Corporate law and keep yourself up to date with changes in the law.

You will be working with very little supervision and as such you must be an ambitious and motivated self starter.

There is some flexibility in regards to your level of PQE but a minimum of 3 years is a realistic expectation.

On offer is a very competitive package £38,000 - £55,000
