Highly accredited firm in Kent seeks a Construction Solicitor.

An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a Construction Solicitor to join our client’s highly accredited practice in Kent. The successful applicant will enjoy a varied caseload of construction matters.

Responsibilities
• Construction insolvency
• Bond claims
• Drafting various contracts, licenses and documents
• Professional indemnity, appointments and collateral warranties
• Reviewing insurance certificates
• Negotiations and settlements
• Advising on risk management and dispute avoidance
• Advising retail chains and private developers
• Redevelopments and leasebacks
• Advising sub-contractors and investors

The Candidate
• Applications are encouraged from newly qualified solicitors with a maximum of two years’ PQE in construction matters
• Possessing experience in non-contentious construction
• Ideally have construction-specific experience although this is not essential
• Demonstrate excellent client management skills
