Job Details
Employment Lawyer - A London office of a national law firm require a claimant Employment Lawyer to run a case load of litigated and non litigated Employment Rights cases. Their will also be an opportunity to manage employment advice and or representation matters, such as, unfair dismissals, wages, settlement agreements, and some discrimination claims. As an Employment Lawyer (qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive) the role will also require assessing and advising on the prospects of success and value of Employment Tribunal Claims.
Requirements: Knowledge of Employment Law and Employment Tribunal rules of procedure, experience of Employment Tribunal claims.
PQE: from NQ level upwards.
Salary: £36,000 to £42,000
