Role: Residential Conveyancing Dept - Paralegal / Solicitor/ Cilex /Fee-Earner/ Licensed Conveyancer

Their Conveyancing dept are an experienced team of expert property lawyers and residential conveyancing solicitors who have taken the practice to the forefront of residential conveyancing.
They are members of the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme which is the only recognised Quality Standard for residential property legal work and cover the full spectrum for clients, including:
- Buying or selling your property
- Equity Release Schemes
- Extending your Lease
- Right to Buy
- Transfer of Equity
- Buying a new build property
- Re-mortgaging a house
- Help to Buy Schemes – including Help to Buy ISA
Job Description: A Fee-earning role, managing a residential conveyancing caseload; will consist
of working with all aspects of a Conveyancing transaction, within a team of more junior
members working from start to post completion on various conveyancing matters.
The Ideal Residential Conveyancer will have a Minimum 12 months experience working with
residential Sale & Purchase transactions, Freehold/Leasehold, New Build, Share Ownership
and Help to Buy.
Any experience managing junior members of the team would be advantageous.
The salary on offer for the successful Residential Conveyancer is £25,000 - 30,000,
negotiable dependent on previous Conveyancing experience.
