Job Details
A new Commercial Property Solicitor opportunity has arisen in Sheffield and offers the chance to work closely alongside the Partner at this Legal 500 firm.
You should be 3-5 years PQE to be considered for this role and have a strong background in Commercial Property from a leading law firm.
This role is an expansion in the team as there is a lot of work in the department and not enough resource to get it done. It is an opportunity for you to work really closely to the partner and gain experience of some very good quality work, to include acquisitions and disposals of hotels, restaurants and leisure centres as well as leases of retail shops and relocation of factories etc.
This firm offers genuine progression opportunities, which is a main reason why many Lawyers have joined them from competitors over the years.
It also offers the right balance of excellent quality of work and client base with time spent in the office and at home. This firm do not work in the more 'old fashioned' way of believing the latest in the office must be the hardest worker and late working is kept to a minimum and only when truly necessary.
