Excellent progression prospects and ongoing training working alongside one of the leading property litigation lawyers in Cambridge

A legal 500 and chambers listed commercial firm with a network of offices throughout the UK are looking to add to their property litigation team in their Cambridge office.

The successful candidate will be working alongside one of the leading property litigation lawyers in the Cambridgeshire area. The caseload you will be working on will include things such as adverse possession claims, service charge disputes, restrictive covenants, breaches of covenant and dilapidation claims so any applicants will be expected to show experience in at least some of these areas which will have been gained as part of your training contract or post qualification role.

This firm has considerably grown their litigation team in Cambridge in the past 2 years with a number of hires from the longer established Cambridgeshire commercial practices and they have further ambitions to grow their litigation offering further in Cambridge.

The salary for this role will be dependent on experience but will be at the top end of the market rate for Cambridge.
