The Role

The firm are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer to join their office in Cambridge.

The individual is expected to be confident in all areas of the Conveyancing process from inception to completion, working both independently and in a team. The firm benefits from their heritage in this area, building an impressive client base stemming from referrals and returning business. You will work in a close-knit team of property experts.

Requirements:

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer with around 2 - 5 years PQE
• You should have strong technical knowledge
• You will have a good billings history and excel at client relationships
• You will be an ambitious and eager to progress within a firm
• You should be an excellent communicator and work well within a team
• Salary is dependant upon experience with excellent benefits and remuneration
