Legal Adviser

Your new company
A leading FTSE 250 listed Financial Technology company, one that has ingrained itself in the financial markets. The company are outsourcing specialists, with a presence in the technology, payments and regulated investments fields.

Your new role
You will sit in the commercial and legal team based in the City. The team currently consists of 20 professionals, a mixture of lawyers and commercial professionals, headed up by a Legal & Commercial Director. This role has a range of responsibilities, this will involve working on terms for retail investment products, ensuring compliance; negotiating and reviewing business-critical contractual agreements with suppliers, clients and partners, including service, supply, engagement and other important and complex agreements; as well as building relationships across the business from stakeholders, through to the regulatory and sales teams.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a UK qualified lawyer with at least 4 years' PQE (as a guide only), and knowledge of investment products, share dealing, commercial contracts and data protection. You will have trained with a reputable firm or relevant in-house legal function. Experience in Financial Services is preferred.
