An exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join a well established firm based in Taunton in their Personal Injury department.

The successful paralegal will handle a range of work with exposure to both challenging and interesting cases with the support you need.

Main Duties include:
- Carry out research into case law and legislation to support the activities of the fee earners
- Attend and take notes of meetings as well as attend court with counsel
- Draft relevant documentation and provide administrative support to senior fee earners as required
- Managing routine enquiries from clients ensuring an excellent service is delivered every time

Experience Required:
- Knowledge of personal injury - Clinical Negligence knowledge would be a distinct advantage
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Paralegal
