The Role

Because the Court of Protection team has so much good quality coming in, the team are looking for a Court of Protection Paralegal for their Bristol office.

The Court of Protection team deals with a wide range of matters including deputyship services, gifts, Enduring & Lasting Powers of Attorney and replacing deputyships with private trusts.

You will have a hands-on role, with the potential for client facing contact. You will carry out case handling duties, help other case handlers progress cases to court, carry out research, prepare legal documents and more.
